The automated redaction process leaves the original file completely unaltered in its original location. The redacted rendition contains no hidden text or metadata; the content is completely removed, so there is no risk of inadvertent disclosure through improper redaction.
The Redact-It log file contains the search criteria used, redaction reasons, user information, the location of redactions and more.
