Informative Graphics Corporation Forges Strategic Parthership
with Clearwell Systems
Clearwell E-Discovery Platform Incorporates Native Review
and Redaction Capabilities with Brava and Redact-It by Informative
Graphics
SCOTTSDALE, AZ and Mountain View,
CA— October 21, 2009 — Informative Graphics
Corporation (IGC), a leader in viewing, collaboration and
redaction technology, today announced a new strategic partnership
with Clearwell Systems, a leader in intelligent e-discovery.
Clearwell has integrated IGC’s Brava! Enterprise viewer and
Redact-It electronic redaction technology into the Clearwell
E-Discovery Platform version 5.0. By automating the processing,
analysis, review, and production of Electronically Stored Information
(ESI), the Clearwell E-Discovery Platform enables enterprises
and law firms to accelerate early case assessments, effectively
cull-down data, increase reviewer productivity, and ensure
the defensibility of the entire e-discovery process. With Clearwell’s
new Review and Production Modules, users can now electronically
redact sensitive data such as privileged information, Social
Security numbers, minors’ names, addresses, etc., and then
produce redacted renditions of the documents as TIFFs or text-searchable
PDFs.
“The integration of IGC and Clearwell products shows the
true benefits of incorporating native viewing, intelligent
redaction and configurable production of documents,” said Jeff
Herding, VP of Sales for IGC. “Clearwell’s E-Discovery Platform
represents a new gold standard in e-discovery solutions, and
we are very pleased that Brava and Redact-It are part of that
offering.”
"Many organizations are looking to perform the entire e-discovery
process in a single product, versus having to physically move
case data across multiple disparate tools,” said Venkat Rangan,
co-founder and chief technology officer at Clearwell Systems.
“Through integration of IGC’s technology into the Clearwell
E-Discovery Platform, we are offering the ability to complete
native review, intelligent redaction, and production of electronic
evidence. As a result, Clearwell customers can now complete
all the phases of e-discovery on their collected evidence seamlessly
in a single, integrated product.”
